Event Description
Join us on May 14th at 7:00pm to experience an exclusive wine tasting of our 3 Estate grown wines: Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon & Cabernet Franc. Each wine will be paired with complimenting cheese, charcuterie and olives specially selected by Executive Chef John Parker.
The Wines:
2012 Stonehaus Estate Syrah
Malibu Coast AVA, harvested late September 2012 at 24 ½ Brix. They spent over 2 Years in 50% New French Oak and feature a tart red cherry, licorice & oak spices, long finish. Alcohol 14.3%
2012 Stonehaus Estate Cabernet Sauvignon
Malibu Coast AVA, harvested late September 2012 at 24 ½ Brix. They spent over 2 Years in 50% New French Oak and feature flavors of ripe/stewed dark fruit, vanilla & oak spices, long finish. Alcohol 14.3%
2012 Stonehaus Estate Cabernet Franc
Malibu Coast AVA, harvested late September 2012 at 24 ½ Brix. They spent over 2 Years in 50% New French Oak and feature flavors of ripe cherry, earthy, with hints of coffee & mocha soft tannins. Alcohol 14.3%
